Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the l10 platform (including the website, mobile app, and related services), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and l10 ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to use any services provided by l10.
This platform operates within the applicable legal framework and reserves the right to deny access to any individual at any time without obligation to provide a reason.
Account Creation & Security
Registration Requirements
- Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
- You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed.
- Identity Verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Accepted documents include a Malaysian identification card or passport.
Account Security Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. l10 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by user negligence.
- Any suspicious activity or unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately.
- The use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities & Rules
L10 users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable Malaysian laws. The following are strictly prohibited:
Any attempt to cheat, manipulate the system, exploit technical bugs, or use unfair methods to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
The l10 platform must not be used as a channel for money laundering or the financing of any illegal activities. l10 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
Any attempt to abuse promotional offers, bonuses, or incentives through illegitimate means — including multiple account registrations — is prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses.
Users are prohibited from taking any action that may interfere with, damage, or disrupt the functionality of the platform, servers, or networks associated with l10.
Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the l10 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to them and have been obtained through legitimate means.
- Deposits: Deposits can be made via supported methods including Malaysian internet banking, local e-wallets, and DuitNow QR. Minimum deposit limits and available methods are subject to change and will be displayed in the deposit section of your account.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered under the same user's name. l10 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times range from one to two business days, depending on the chosen method.
- Transaction Cancellations: Processed deposits cannot be reversed. In the event of a technical error resulting in an overpayment or underpayment, l10 reserves the right to correct the affected account balance following an investigation.
- Taxes: Users are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations that may arise from use of this platform under applicable Malaysian law.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policies
L10 Liability Limits
L10 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform. l10's total liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the thirty days preceding the claim. The platform makes no guarantee that its services will be free from interruptions or technical errors at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content on the l10 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, code, and related materials — is the exclusive property of l10 and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from l10.
Account Suspension & Closure
L10 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In cases of confirmed valid suspension, any remaining balance will be returned upon completion of an investigation in accordance with l10's internal procedures.
Third-Party Links
The l10 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. l10 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party websites is done entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
L10 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via in-platform notice or email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
